To ensure the highest level of expertise, we have established our very own Food Safety Training Center, which is approved by esteemed authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Fujairah Municipality, Sharjah Municipality, Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance, and Taylor Shannon International.

This is facilitated by tailor-made in-house training materials and booklets that focus on our unique operational requirements. In 2003, we proudly became the first Food Service Management Company in Dubai to receive the HACCP System Certification. This prestigious recognition solidified our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of food safety and hygiene. Continuing our pursuit of excellence, we have continually upgraded our systems and standards. In 2013, our Food Safety Management System achieved certification in ISO 22000:2005, further validating our dedication to implementing internationally recognized best practices. Our culinary solutions unit holds a certificate in FSSC 22000 in addition to ISO 14000, ISO 45000, and Halal certifications.
